Non-destructive entry is always our first priority. We use a range of specialist locksmith tools to manipulate the lock mechanism without causing any damage. This means your door, window and lock remain intact, saving you the cost and inconvenience of replacements.
In the rare case where a lock cannot be opened non-destructively, for example if it has been severely damaged in a break-in attempt, we will explain the situation and obtain your agreement before proceeding. We always carry replacement locks to secure the property immediately afterwards.

- Yes, in the vast majority of cases we can open uPVC doors non-destructively using specialist locksmith tools. The door and lock will be undamaged.
- We can extract broken keys from most lock types without damaging the lock. If the lock has been compromised by the break, we can fit a replacement on the spot.
- We aim to reach you within 15 to 30 minutes across Belfast and surrounding areas. Lockouts are treated as a priority, day or night.
- Yes. We open jammed and locked windows including sash, casement, aluminium and patio windows. Wherever possible we do this non-destructively so the window and its lock remain usable afterwards.
- If the door is simply latched rather than deadlocked, we can usually open it very quickly and at low cost using non-destructive techniques. Call us and describe the situation and we will tell you what to expect.

- In most cases no, because non-destructive entry leaves the lock fully working. We only recommend a replacement if the lock was already faulty or has been damaged in a break-in, and we will always discuss it with you first.
